<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop or assist developing a company-wide training calendar; track required initial and refresher training schedules.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to assist with documentations.</li><li>Organize and coordinate training sessions; reserve space for training, ensure the availability and proper operation of audiovisual equipment and logistics, distribute materials such as handouts and quizzes, and handle other similar details and tasks.</li><li>Maintain records of training attendance.</li><li>Produce training materials for in-house courses.</li><li>Analyze feedback from employees regarding different training programs to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Prepare and deliver training reports regularly.</li><li>Stay up to date on learning trends in the industry and recommend new training programs and learning management systems (LMS).</li><li>Work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.</li><li>Assist team members and other training staffs with their assigned duties.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Safeguarding Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.</li><li>Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.</li><li>Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education: </strong>A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Human Resources Management) from any reputed university</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience: </strong></p><ul><li>1 year of experience in a relevant role will be preferred</li><li>Freshers are also encouraged to apply</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Extremely organized with attention to detail.</li><li>Interested in public speaking and training.</li><li>Ability to deal with different types of people.</li><li>Ability to process and present complex information in a clear and concise manner</li><li>Basic knowledge in Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be added</li><li>advantage.</li><li>Willing to travel outside of Dhaka as per business requirement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary and Other Benefits:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> As per company policy</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Other benefits: </strong>Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Health and Life Insurance, and others as per company policy</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Application Deadline:</strong> November 22, 2023</p><p><br></p><p>BRAC believes every one of its employees, suppliers, downstream partners, visitors, clients, and community including children, youth, and vulnerable adults that come into contact regardless of age, race, religion, gender, disability, or ethnic origin has the right to be protected from all forms of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.
